I know I can depend on William to help with parties at my home…whether he adds his own touch to my recipes or inserts in the menu his favorites, which I assure you are some of the most outstanding I have had…from stir-fry to smoked. I also know to expect an incredible presentation of the food and the table setting. It always amazes me how creative they are. And, best of all, after the party, my home is perfect when they leave and no one would ever know I entertained except for all my wonderful leftovers.
