We work with many preferred vendors from the area. Upon request we will supply a client with a list of these vendors. Culinary Productions will sub-contract these vendors, at the request of the client, for a nominal fee, ensuring the proper execution of their services.

Booking & Payment Information
10% deposit required to secure date ($250 non refundable, remaining deposit refundable up to 31 days prior to event) Remaining 50% of balance due 4 full weeks prior to event. Any remaining balance due 2 full weeks prior to event. (Final guest count due at this time and all revisions finalized)
Guest Count Confirmation
Industry vendors may have a rider that allows them to participate in food & beverage. If this is anticipated, Photographers, band, DJ, & Cordinators should be included in the final guest count. An accurate guest count is required for seamless event. In the event that the count is off, it lends to the possibility of shortage of food, beverages & buffet wares. Industry standard is 30% of total invited guest will not attend.
