Private Chef's Table
A classic South Louisiana meal was requested for this private chef's table for one of our favorite clients & their friends.
- Bourbon BBQ gulf shrimp set on Brie stone ground grits
- House cut Beef Tenderloin & butter poached Maine Lobster, set on Lobster Risotto & Mushroom demi
- Jumbo Lump Crab & Avocado Salad, finished with lemon thyme vinaigrette
