It's a real honor when Chefs ask you to participate in their Louisiana Saturday night wedding! Check out some pictures from the wedding catering below. The groom is a Chef, and he and his bride baked and decorated their own wedding cake. It was the best cake we have tasted in a while!
Items on the wedding reception catering menu included:
- Spicy boiled shrimp & seared bacon wrapped shrimp
- Beef tenderloin with live Maine lobster
- Peppercorn crusted beef tenderloin, smoked pork loin & country pate (hog head cheese)
- Cajun Smoked Salmon
- Fresh water mozzarella with garden bruschetta
